Listen, I’m not a doctor.

You have to consult with your doctor before making lifestyle changes.  I mean, yeah, exercizing more and eating more healthfully would seem to be a good lifestyle change – a step in a good direction.  But go see your doctor and find out what’s up with you, and what a trained medical professional has to say regarding your current health and issues.

Most of what I have to say is what’s worked for me, along with tips and info from media sources.  But everyone is different.  Please use your common sense (and the expertise of your doctor) for determining what is right for you.
