Yes, I’m still working on putting on some more pounds before I reverse the trend. This is actually kind of hard work (and more than just a little bit disgusting).
One of these every day has been helping this effort (photo above).
No offense to Starbucks. But these milk and sugar-packed mochas are great for packing on the extra weight!

Hi John – yes, I’m gaining it on purpose! I want to be an example to the people who are out there struggling with their weight. It’s easy to spout off beliefs on what other people “should” do to lose weight when one is thin. I don’t want to blow smoke up people’s asses. I want to put my money where my mouth is and be an actual example or even an inspiration to others who are having a hard time!
Maryam – Really, a potato? I always thought that potatos by themselves don’t put on too much weight, but all the stuff people put on them packs on extra weight – like the sour cream and all that. But I will try your suggestion! Do you know this from personal experience?
Ha ha! Also, I visited your blog and I am really enjoying reading it! I also found a link there to Don’t Be a Sad Blog and like that one too! Thanks for visiting and commenting!

My father, a doctor ,once suggested my friend, who was very skinny to have a boiled potato once or twice daily, and boom, she gained weight within 15 days …
Hope it helps you too, To be honest I am very appy to see someone trying to gain weight, which is very rare now-a-days.

Nice! Finally a blog which seems free of all the corporate bullshit and all the shit about “having a perfect life”. Humans are not perfect! and we should be ok with that fact!
And hey, one more way to gain weight: Start worrying about something, anything at all! Soon it will become a habit, slowly turning into a full time obsession. And then you will be on the highway to depression, anxiety and what not. And you will gain weight! Trust me, because it worked for me.
PS: LOL!
Oh I’m eating a lot these days too, but its not to gain weight. Its a whole different experiment.

And yeah, another advice: Avoid foods which might cause diarrhea. That can take away weeks of hard work… or rather hard laziness…

For those that like to drink coffee and want to lose weight at the same time, you should try Coffee FX, which is from a company called First Fitness International as it is a coffee that burns fat. I don’t know how it works, or why it works, other than it does work at getting rid of fat.
